What a stupid question. Of course the public schools aren't adequately funded. They never have been, which is the primary reason most teachers hired (especially those from the mainland) do not stay in the system. For the most part the ranking government officials and legislators send their kids to private schools. The Government of Guam illegally subsidizes private schools by providing separate bus routes for them, thanks to the improper influence of the Catholic Church.

Our legislative branch and our executive branch are overly funded , high ranking government officials overpaid and working for the benefit of special interests and relatives . Who has really fought hard for the public school system ? I think only senator San Nicholas and a few others has but the rest can care less . Tina Muna Barnes is too damn busy with her plan to monopolize the marijuana industry . The rest don't have the balls to stand up and fight for Guams children . It's time to vote the career politicians out and elect new blood . Thanks Gov Guam .Lol !
