Really, Guam is a very small place and I doubt if one percent of world's Catholics know about what is going on here on Guam. Of that one percent, 14 million, I doubt if one percent, 140,000, have an educated opinion. Most have a hard time knowing what is going on in their own backyard.
Bring back the stocks, but that wouldn't be Politically Correct, but I'm not into being PC.

Catholics seem to have the same mentality as the Japanese jumping off cliffs in Saipan during the war. They will do anything to protect their own. Guam is a small place and 90% of Catholic around the world don't even know what is happening here. It's the blind leading the blind.
I like the Medieval form of public punishment....tie them to a cross in the middle of town for all to see. Let their shame be realized by all those who may want to engage in this kind of activity. Having the Vatican protect them is criminal in its self and to place them above the rest of humanity shows how they actually think they are better than us. Politicans aren't even that bad. Money has corrupted them beyond any chance of providing any religious teachings of faith. The church has made money their God! You know this when Bishops rape children and their only concern is closing help centers as a recourse to their bad behavior, when they are the RICHEST Organization in the world. They have more cash and assets than most countries and they want to punish the people for Bishops sinful deeds. Excuse me I need to go throw up.

Read the reports on sex abuse in other countries such as Ireland, Holland, Philippines etc. etc. The sex abuse of children by Catholic clergy was global and covered up by the Vatican throughout the 20th century. The Catholic Church has zero credibility when it comes to morality. The record shows it to be an international criminal organization that thwarted protection of and justice for child sex-abuse victims. Now that the full extent of this criminal cover-up is coming to light the Catholic Church claims to be taking measures to protect children. "Too little, Too late" hardly describes the abominable nature of this. "Christ's Vicar on Earth"? Not hardly.
