It only makes sense to put a $100M cap to ensure no run-away costs and to keep the projects within the budget. The "new" contractor has no record of construction performance on Guam, and questionable ties to the Administration. Thus, we must proceed with caution. This is the Administration's final years in power, so it'll do everything it can to maximize on enriching themselves.

I think that we should. Kids do t care what the school looks like because they are going to damage it anyways. Just make it safe and cost efficient. And you don't need all that fancy stuff in classrooms when most of the students don't care about the books, or any supplies the school has to offer.

No Cap...You will ruin our Calvo familys plan to milk Guam. If there is a spending cap then we will pull out cause a couple of million is not worth our time. And if you think Core Tech is any better...lol...we sold the dumb Chamorros old barracks in Tiyan and put paint on it...called it a school...for $100++ millions. Please people of Guam don't wake up, continue to be stupid so we can take it all. We got this Guam!

Look at the 3-storey GDOE Main Office being constructed at Tiyan Compound and
compare to the rest of the schools.

There should only be a cap on buildings for noneducational purposes (Doe offices and such), but for schools, there shouldn't be one. Our schools are in dire need of repairs, and most importantly, our students and teachers need the supplies they need in order to get the best education possible.
