Creativity is a component that I see missing. Everyone is too rigid abiding the nature of work and of course policies. Each one of us are swamped with own task and hence the creativity component are missing in term of work program, social capacity among colleagues and in operation too.

I find that after a long(er) time at the Bank people adopt the rigidity of this place and are less likely to be creative and think outside of the box. Designing projects with innovative solutions is made harder by the lengthy conversations about why a particular approach is worth the risk.

Some people could not articulate properly what they really want to say in simple words, thinking it's more important to sound sophisticated or businesslike than to be understood. Others who cut and paste forget to read their work and adapt as appropriate which is even more frustrating to read.
