Regardless of what those prisoners have done they're still human and should be treated as such and not like a freaking animal. How would anyone of you that agreed that it's okay feel if your child got in trouble at school and this is what they are serves for lunch as punishment. They are already being punished for their crimes, like how much punishment should they have to undergo? And y'all wonder why those few inmates acted out as they did? Because look how they are treated, like they are scum. No ONE should be tormented they way they are by having to eat the BULLSHIT! Then they are doing this like food isn't already crappy. Smh I hope to see a change to what they are being served to eat, better yet I hope to see a change in the way they are being treated. This is not okay!

When anot inmate elects to through their food or their feces, they should be fed intervieniously or by whatever the most basic means of nutrient, are. If they act like humans feed them according, if they act like primates, feed them accordingly.

Regardless of what they have done, they are not scum. They are still human beings and they need to be treated as such. We all have to answer to our Lord on judgement day; therefore, we have no right to judge anyone. Access the situation of the individual and address it accordingly.

I completely agree with Jay and Mike B. Chris also makes a good point about psychological help, but I disagree with the medication aspect until it becomes a last resort. Skylar Rose, it's a prison, not a country club, so if the inmates want to continue causing problems then they should be treated accordingly. I personally think that it's sad that inmates want to be treated better than the people that they victimized to begin with, and hard labor should be part of the prison routine. Give them incentive to not commit crimes again, and maybe the prison population will eventually decline and quit costing taxpayers to care for them while the poor are starving!

If Mr. Dickens has had 18 incidents of throwing body waste resulting in adding an additional 45 years to his original 4 year sentence...how about some psychological intervention and giving him some anti-psychotic meds to control him. The meatloaf is a waste of time in my opinion and it's not very effective behavior wise. Taking away privileges and some psychological help and possibly meds is more professional and might even work. Feeding prisoners slop and calling it by other names..it is still slop. This guy needs punishment for his behavior but whatever the prison has been doing with him has made him worse. Meatloaf hasn't worked. Medicate the guy.

I say your lucky to be able to eat period. He threw feces on guards 18 times and he wants to complain about the food. Don't do the crime if you can't do the time. Act right get fed right.

Prison is not supposed to be a vacation..... the poor, poor babies can reap what they sow- eat the baked slop loaf or don't eat at all. Next time don't do something stupid and you wont end up in jail. Mommy aint here to coddle you!

Personally I think that's a terrible form of punishment. And that's exactly what it is. Give it a fancy name all you want but, it's a punishment. Inmates could be allergic to something in it. The food is nasty enough. Feed them decently
