Is there no sexy skier images? No "snow bunnies"? The bikini throws me off (as splendid as the young lady looks in it). Image #2 looks like she could be going snorkelling as much as skiing.
#1 is close, but Mt. Fuji and the pagoda structure are too much together. I'd stick with Mt. Fuji, since mountains and skiing are happy related concepts.
To heighten the Japanese tone, perhaps find the Japanese characters for "sex" or "ski" and work them into the design.

I chose '1' as it has the most Japanese feel to it. I'm definitely looking forward to being able to read the story.

This was an extremely tough choice between 1 and 2. I went with 2. Honestly anyone of the three would be a good choice. Looking forward to reading the story.
