    One has you working to someone else's goal, the other has you working together to a common goal

    It is difficult to fully compartmentalize Collaborative and Cooperative. But to my mind they are different.

    Cooperation is more about taking turns and getting along. Collaboration in my view is about working together in different ways to achieve an outcome. Suiting skills/ tasks to group members etc.
