For exchanges it will be more complicated and i advice to make screenshot tool which will make a screenshot on demand.

I would then request providing email from exchange and require confirmation from that email to ensure that it really belong to owner.

I believe that for bleutrade and cryptopia and possibly trade ogre there will be easy way and exchanges will maybe even cooperate and provide transaction history.

For coinexchange it will be pretty complicated and i know the reason why you told hold here pcn on your own risk or somwthing like that... From CE it will be much harder to check and be sure that people will not cheat.

I was really disappointed with the way the announcement was handled. We are all aware that crypto speculation is very high risk. However, things like this are REALLY bad for the entire crypto community. Even though it’s unregulated, when developers act in such a way, it does far more than sully their own coin. It shines a ugly light of truth allowing every form of media to criticize crypto speculation as a whole. What happened here is the definition of why people stopped embracing and have stopped investing there money back onto crypto.

That being said, I commend the developers for stepping up doing the right thing by correcting there mistake. They are a great example of what other developers will need to do in the future for the market to thrive.

We all make mistakes. It takes a team with integrity to admit when they have made one, and a even stronger team to correct it.

For that reason I expect big profits out of Dapps and hope they not only continue, but set the bar for these kind of things in the future

I bought it in December 2017 and keep it on the stock exchange. After the snapshot, I bought more coins. You made such confusion with this coin, that now hardly anyone will believe in it. The team compromised itself by its inability to keep everything under control and to think at least a step forward.

Yes, i had held my PCN in my Bleutrade account as of 06/27/2018 at 02:00 UTC. All the PCN coins were bought well before hand as it was held with the expectation of the swap to Daps (Daps is a project i believe in and not PCN per se, the only reason for holding was to receive Daps) . I assume the Daps team will look at the snapshot of the wallet at Bleutrade at 02:00 UTC on 06/27 and find my coins in my account.
