I would be fine with this on an individual level (I'm pretty healthy, thanks to a combination of lucky genetics and many factors that enable me to make mostly "healthy" choices on the whole), but cannot see a way that this would not be used to discriminate based on race, income, ability, genetics, environment and a whole host of other factors beyond an individual's control, and am horrified by the implications.
