I disagree for the same reason cited br the Legion. Apart from the two World Wars and the Korean Wars, all others have been conflicts and this change deliberately ignores military sacrifice in the service of peacekeeping and UN mandated missions. Soldiers sacrifice in operations abroad are equal, regardless.
