No, a downtown parkade.
I believe the multi-story parkade he may be referring to is the one just announced to be built at the hospital, not downtown.
What in the world do we need a parkade for? There is soo much parking downtown and its soo cheap!
Improving transit is always a good idea because it should be the more attractive option – to encourage more people to use it. No one will use it if it’s crappy. (That is my scientific opinion) :)
