I think that this is fair in the world we are living in, but had we been living in a communist world. no it wouldnt have been fair.
I think what's gonna happen is that they will free the guy or at least attempt to free the guy by breaking into the prison.
Now if you look at sultan Quaboos of oman, if someone insults him, they will take him to prison for ever.
