Just a comment about the survey - Luckily I liked number 8 because I didn't see the numbers beside the logo options (maybe it was the angle of my macbook screen). I would have counted across, not down - so would have made the wrong choice if i was going for anything other than 1 or 8. Make the numbers more legible (nothing to do with the actual design).
Reason I chose 8 - 1, 5, 2, 6 remind me of those spiro drawer things from when I was a kid - they were cool back then, but not for a logo today. 3 and 7 didn't seem to original to me - there are heaps of multiply logos around. Of 4 and 8, I like 8 better - simpler.
o, i just saw the eye in 1... didn't notice that before.. interesting, but still prefer 8.
Good luck :-)

i say 7, because here is the concept of "four": 4 circles, 4 shapes (inside circles) - it is clear because of those shapes which have a centre -"iris", equability is important here and the color scheme help us to see "the four".

sorry, none of them, they looks like some religious or wellnes things,
#1 I think is the strongest, although, I'd actually do it in an arc somehow... so like you do with a pack of cards, but with lenses or eyes.. :/
