Which statement best describes you and making down time?

I think I have mastered it, I regularly allot time for myself to decompress/unplug and do it consistenly

This is still a work in progress, I am working on getting better at giving myself "me time"

I admittedly am not great at doing this and still find myself burning the candle on both ends, room for improvement!

I really need to figure out how/why to make more time for myself, almost never take time for myself!
