Our CEO, Jeff Bender, was rated a 2018 Glassdoor Top CEO! Thanks to
the entire Harris & QuadraMed team that provided this feedback and making this possible. #TopCEO

We are a small company so our CEO is very hands-on and personable. He has the kind of integrity that is often missing with executives and still does the right thing for his employees and customers even if it means taking a financial hit. It is comforting knowing we never have to look over our shoulder wondering if a decision he's made will come back to bite us. After nearly a decade, I am still happy to be here.

Our Dean/CEO has really turned around our organization over the last decade. Part of that has also been our CIO, who even in times of budget cuts invests in innovation.

It is so refreshing to be working for a CEO of a software company who cares about (and knows) what the product actually does, tells his team to "get it right" not "do it fast", does real work (not just a talking head) and really understands the products/clients/markets.

I don't respect our CEO in the least. Maybe if I worked for "Entitled Frat Boys-R-Us" I might, but his persona doesn't sit well with our (formerly) respectable software company.

He wasn't selected for his acumen, but his weakness.

I don't have a choice. He greets me first thing every morning...in my mirror.
