I can't keep ringer on my phone turned up. My phone's an Obama phone and I get from 10 to 20 robocalls per day. Last week I got voicemails from same "healthcare" scam every 2-10 minutes for a hour solid!. Each call from different number and different state. I've missed an important call from the scammers tying up phone and voicemail at same time my doctor called me. Please help. Susan Woodrell. 9/20/2019
