10 years with infill in Edmonton have so many bad actor's only interested in their profits by cutting corners on development and effecting home owners and reducing their property values. Proven they cannot be trusted to follow existing rules the city was forced to patrol to check for violators. Don't want to follow the rules then let them, rather than create more problems with shoddy construction or planning. The city and taxpayers need to be vigilant or they will lobby our councilors to get what they want. No Rules, Now we see Katz's organization is attempting to raid City Tax coffer's again. It's getting I don't trust these elected councilors. Iveson loves to spend Other people's money, his passed and present mentality is Tax and Spend to never end. They always seem eager to give away Tax money to wealthy and don't listen to their citizens. Look for Iveson to support Katz demand for 10 million.
