It's supposed to be what most benefits the child and taking Tate from his dad is only going to hurt him. Joint custody would have been what was best for Tate.

I hate that the story is going this way. I wanted Brady to keep custody, this sucks. I have watch this since day and I HATE HATE some of these turns in the story. I just may have to tell it goodbye with stupid writing like this.

The whole story was a mess. I opt for joint custody which would have given time for clarification for all to work out the relationships. In the long run, I don't see Brady and Eve's working especially when he finds out the real story behind the planted drugs. I also think that JJ should not take the fall for Theresa. He should have said that he was no longer using but that the cocaine found was from his past issues. Now let's see how the truth unravels.
