That is the issue. Mental and emotional issues, not guns. How many calls for banning White vans were there when the guy ran down a hundred people last year in Toronto?
Crickets for banning vehicles. People that do not know anything about guns are the ones that jump on the band wagon of BAN GUNS all the time. It is mental issues that need addressing not honest gun owners. Hand guns have been a restricted weapon since WW2 and it makes no difference. If someone wants to kill or hurt someone, they will use what ever is close by.
Mental issues is what needs addressing and badly.
