Butler did something which was worthy of the coaches action. If it was trivial or unfair the player would have talked to the media long ago. Further, I tend to believe that some of his teammates are aware of the offence, perhaps some ex Pats who have been critical of the coaches system/methods. Why don't the media check-in with those guys?
