Every company needs supervisors. But what we need to spend the money on is more buses and safety equipment and training for bus drivers. Supervisors are pretty useless at their HQ stations should a need arise onsite on a bus. Criminals do not wait until a supervisor should show up. And when was the last time you waited for a bus only to have it pass you by due to an overload of passengers, which in turn made you lose your timeline to a connecting bus. I have. Money spent on an extra bus would serve its customers Vs money spent on yet, another supervisor. Perhaps the top heavy bureaucracy should be thinned down som and that money used more effectively. Thank you.
Unless the supervisor is armed how would I be any safer?
