We take our business to the surrounding communities of Edmonton. Less hassles and easier to get around and navigate than Edmonton City Streets. Iveson has this city bottlenecked from one end to the other with his LRT. Iveson...since you took over I have stopped taking the LRT. im tired of being accosted by pan handlers, worried about youth gangs and more. And yes...I was mugged in the Central LRT Station by a group of about 20-16 yr olds. This version of Edmonton's Municipal government is literally...''Driving'' business out of Edmonton. And why do ETS mechanics get paid so much when every 3rd bus has an incorrectly aimed headlight or one that doesn't work? Do drivers even do a visual inspection of their buses? If the mechanics cant spend the 3 minutes to aim a headlight...just how safe are Edmonton Transit buses? Thusly...since we cant drive around Edmonton, the LRT system is a mess and the buses cant be trusted to be safe...yes...we go to communities outside of Edmonton for our shopping. Its a nice stress free drive. Something that has long since disappeared in Edmonton.

This all getting on the stupid side of over safety. If things get any slower in Canada we should all just stay at home. Don’t get me wrong I like safety, I respect the rules of traffic safety,,,, But,,, this is turning into a driving circus. I’m so over careful I’m the hazard.
Wonder if I could find a lawyer to defend that excuse!
I’m sorry but if Edmonton and I would suspect calagary are going to continue with this over the top safety issue, I’m not shopping there any more, or practicing any on the boots on the the ground business there.
Currently I’ve moved my business out of Edmonton and am lucky enough that those that I serve and deal with are ok with picking up or I ship to.
You Edmontonians, can have your photo radar, photo lights, 340 bylaw officers and to many traffic police.
Photo radar last I look at stats, increased 3000 PERCENT on 2-4 km over the speed limit, that’s a twitch of a leg muscle for 1/10 of a second.
This out and out cash cow for the city, hiding behind public safety blah blah.
I need to say that again,CASH COW! Hiding behind safety.
You can do something about this VOTE THEM OUT, YES. VOTE THEM OUT.
Way out of bounds city of Edmonton, FOWL PLAY,
There will be accidents, no matter what, it’s going to happen. But this is fear mongering , on false pretences.
VOTE THEM OUT, if they don’t smarten up.
You what till those video cameras start up at every intersection, they didn’t put them there for no reason, a lot of time and resources went into them, trust me you’ll pay, this is getting out of hand.
And it’s going to get worse,
I’ve said enough, ticket prices are up for a increase as well.
Maybe we should have judges and police chiefs voted in, then perhaps we would have a say in things , rather than being told!,,
    Please drive safe, and responsible.
