Only the affluent and rich can afford to leave the City any more. I would rather walk around the kids Play Park to spend time.

Who can afford to leave? Taxes to hard by all fractions of government and lets not forget the fact that, by chance, the gas prices rise......Thank God for appropriation taxes, taking our money and giving it to another province so they can hoilday.
