I agree that people have a right to be not subjected to a smokers environment, but after all it is legal. To smoke! It’s sold every where, non prescription, and very very profitable to governments.
But then this is not the “real reason” , it’s the types of smokers , from pot to tobacco and of course the vapour users.
Now that this , “POT” is all becoming legal some concerns do come up, who’s responsible for the actions of some of the users of the new laws regarding the use of pot. let’s see it comes in a huge variety of choice in use, smoke it, cook it, browny it, cookie it, wow. A lot of ways, Im sure there’s a patch coming out , like quit smoking patches. How this all regulated, appears mind boggling.
So my point could be if , what’s happens if someone’s death occurs, injury, or disability, as a result of usage.
Who’s responsible????... ,
Alcohol has been , the cause of many unfortunate incidents, been a social acceptance long long time.
Which brings me to my point, WHOS responsible, ultimately, for its use of “POT” and how it’s being used, government I suppose, maybe the ultimate one who’s responsible is Mr. Trudeau.
This stuff is going to bootlegged, and that’s a sure fact!, win fall for law enforcement all the way around, and government fine funds, no need to continue there, your a smart person think about it?
One thing for certain, that’s not really, certain, is who’s going to be the first parent that think or says, “Why, was this stuff made legal in the first place”, as a result of something happening to a family member!
And who’s to blame.
This is sad talk here, but unlimate, reality, I personally think that this is going to cause so unimaginable social issues, that honestly the government as failed in thinking this though enough.
Our government is there to up hold public safety, and secure it citizens from endangerment. Yes, yes, I here a lot of you going ,groan, groan, yeah, yeah, but ! Be prepared for consequences, nothing is free, everything as a price.
This was a , “ Election Tatic” at least or at best. The consequence , or mindfull consideration or Public safety wasn’t part of the equation.
This was a get rich win for government, thier the prorftiers, here. And should be accountable for thier actions.
Was there enough , of how to use or responsible use information made clear to the public. I’ve no clue, not that I’ll need it. But, I maybe conserned about a buddy , over doing it, and I hand over his car keys, see we’re this is going?
