Rod, you brought up some very good points regarding the dine and dash guy. I never even thought about it that way. Is it technically a dine and dash if the date is still sitting there? From some of the reports I heard, the women would get there and he would have already been there and eaten, then would leave while she was waiting for her food to arrive. I'm not sure if that was for all the cases. Maybe I'm petty, but I feel like the only people that get hurt in dine and dash cases are the servers' who don't get tips. :-(
