Ali St. Rose, South Western volleyball: She helped lead the Mustangs to a four-game win over Spring Grove on Thursday with a match-best 20 kills. St. Rose also contributed 15 digs and nine aces.
Meghan Salaga, Dallastown tennis: She captured a hard-fought 3-6, 6-1, 7-5 win Tuesday over New Oxford's Kamdyn Balko to win the point at No. 1 singles. The Wildcats went on to a 3-2 win over New Oxford. Salaga also won at No. 1 singles on Wednesday against Red Lion.
Emma Davis, Dover volleyball: She recorded 20 kills, 4 aces, 4 digs and 1 block in the Eagles' 3-1 victory against Susquehannock Monday.
Lauren Guyer, York Suburban volleyball: She had a match-high 26 assists on Thursday as the Trojans swept Gettysburg. Guyer also filled the shat sheet with two kills, two aces and four digs.
Britlyn Higgins, Central York soccer: She booted the lone goal of the match with a minute left in double overtime as the Panthers eked past visiting Dallastown on Tuesday.
Skyy Reisinger, York Tech field hockey: She scored twice in the first half to lift the Spartans to a victory over visiting Delone Catholic Tuesday.
Kiersten Lloyd, Red Lion cross country: She won on Thursday in a meet with Spring Grove, Susquehannock and South Western. She won by 75 seconds over the rest of the field and her time of 19:56 set a new Red Lion course record.
