Megan Hoke, Lakota East – She won at first singles in a 5-0 team win over Lakota West Sept. 25, to help the Thunderhawks finish 7-2 in league play.
Ananya Aggarwal, Mason – She beat St. Ursula in the OCTCA district semifinals, to help them advance to the finals, and beat Middletown in the Greater Miami Conference tournament in the first day. She won the individual first-singles title Saturday by beating Sycamore in two sets.
Avital Isakov and Anika Param, Seven Hills – The juniors received second seed in the Mason sectionals for Division II and had an impressive win over a tough doubles team from Cincinnati Country Day.
Caitlin Fisher, Turpin – She won first singles in the Eastern Cincinnati Conference tournament to bring her record to 16-3 overall and 5-0 in the conference. The other four courts won their matches to give Turpin the overall team championship.
Peyton Osha, Wyoming – She defeated her Milford counterpart at first singles Sept. 27 to help Wyoming to a 5-0 win.
Kelli Niehaus, Mount Notre Dame – She beat her Turpin opponent at first singles in a 3-2 loss.
Chase Lambrinides, East Central – The senior won in straight sets at first singles against a tough Batesville opponent to help East Central to a sectional win. He’s now 20-3 on the season.
