After our last boom and bust! Yes I’m concerned. Rent went sky high and after the bust it stayed high. Not to mention people were sleeping g in cars at the airport and anywhere they could because there wasn’t enough accommodation for all the outside workers. Traffic will be an issue as well and I’m sure the list will go on.....
There should be used to it up and down economy he been through good times and bad times should be able to handle anything
