It is "Daylight Saving Time", not "Daylight Savings Time"
China, Japan, Indiana, Hawaii, the US territories of Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands and American Samoa, most of Arizona and some countries near the equator do not participate in DLS and do not adjust their clocks.
DLS is sometimes called Summer Time in some countries.
2018 was the 100th year of DLS. Yay 100 years of hating the clock!
Earlier this year Florida officials supported the “Sunshine Act of 2018” in an effort to make DLS year round.
