Actually, why settle on one show? You could watch the pilot of each show and see which one you like best.

Or why not go for some crossover viewing and have people recommend not one SHOW but one particular EPISODE which they find remarkable for its visuals, storytelling, cutting or acting, and so on. For example: "In the flesh" pilot for its innovative take on zombies, BBC Sherlock episode 1 for its innovative visuals, "Young Sheldon" for subtle adorable comedy and a great actress, Dr. Who season 9 episode 11 for some very sci-fi time-related storytelling (also availabe as a script from here https://www.bbc.co.uk/writersroom/scripts/doctor-who-series-9, if you prefer to read ;-)). Germany series "crime scene cleaner" for existential comedy https://www.amazon.com/Crime-Scene-Cleaner-Bjarne-M%C3%A4del/dp/B00RC16T7S, and so on. I did like German shows "Bad Banks" and "Ku'damm 56/59" but don't know whether they would be available to you.

Killing Eve is good TV. Very well written and as others have said, the acting was exceptional. I also watched Barry, which had its moments, but wasn't all that great, to me anyway.

I'm kind of surprised that these haven't been on your radar. But your right, there's a lot to chose from and it is a commitment of time. I imagine that it is daunting to put a new show out there these days. How do you go about promoting a show these days? I guess the most worrying thing for me would be, knowing you have a good show, but not knowing if your audience is even aware of what your offering.

All the streaming options mean that eventually, people will have a chance to watch your show. But those viewers do nothing to keep your show on the air.

When are you going to be allowed to give a few hints about your show?

On Killing Eve, I forgot to add the book series is well written, so if you prefer reading, there ya go!

Killing Eve: only eight episodes, it delivers on humor, and poignancy. Great acting, wonderful writing.

Killing Eve has two phenomenal female leads. They are written and acted magnificently. Barry is also a great show for me. I wasn’t aware that Bill Hader had that range to him but he is awesome

A bit more slow, but methodical, Babylon Berlin focuses on the characters. I haven’t seen The Chi. Succession wasn’t that interesting to me. Killing Eve and Barry were good, but I found Babylon Berlin more interesting to watch.

Barry and killing Eve are a package deal for me!. They even aired on American tv at the same time both with similar character but differents plots and find critical acclaim. It's an entertaining combo.

I have only seen Barry, Killing Eve and Succession. Succession was just too stupid for me. Ludicrous to the point of not funny. If you want 'over the top' funny, Santa Clarita Diet is way over the top and yet funny. Killing Eve was pretty good. Barry has that extra something that makes the ludicrous work very well. Not as 'climb a ladder over the top' as Diet, but still. Dark humor floats my boat and Barry delivers.

Killing Eve is wickedly good! Sandra and Jodi shine in their respected roles. Throw together a little mystery, MI6, a sociopath, fantastic writing with outstanding acting makes for one killer series! Oh, did I forget the humor, oh the humor!!!!

Barry! I haven't seen the others, but Barry is great. Only 8 eps, very, very dark, but reeeeaally funny!

Aside from the fact I've not heard of the other shows, Killing Eve is worth watching. Outstanding acting. Amazing writing. The throwaway light humour at the darkest moments is brilliant.

Succession just seemed like another dark family drama - didn’t make it past the first ep. I have heard The Chi is great, I watched an ep of Barry but meh. Never heard of Babylon Berlin. Killing Eve is just different enough to keep you watching - it’s the killer that is interesting because she’s just off enough you are never sure what choice she’s about to make & it’s not a 24 ep season so it’s short and sweet.

The wit! The drama! The performances of everyone in the cast. My favorite show of 2018--so good BBCA renewed it for season 2 before season 1 aired.
