Was that a homer?

Simple. Fan did not reach out over field of play, Betts reached in. No interference, home run. Wouldn’t have made call against BOS, NYY or LAD. Baseball wants a LAD-BOS World Series. It’s all about the money baby.

If his hands was over the fence, then Betts glove wouldn’t been over the other side, trying to catch a ball he clearly wouldn’t have caught!

It shouldve been ruled a home run, especially after the review that shows the fan did not reach over the wall. What's the point if a review?

Joe West needs to retire...can't get out if the way of a thrown baseball from catcher to second base and can't see plainly that fans did NOT reach over the fence into the field of play to interfer with Bett's glove. Astros were robbed!

Read the rule. The ball was out of the field of play. The player proceeds at his own risk. The fan can rip the players glove off . Terrible call not even worth discussing if you don’t understand the rules of the game.
