  While I don't condition, or wash, my hair, I do thoroughly wash and condition my beard.

  I have curly hair, so when I condition is largely based on the weather. Humid means frizz. I use a sulfate free shampoo because the Hubs is allergic to sulfates and that actually helps with the frizz a bit too. Then just give it that extra bit of help on humid days.

  I have dry hair and skin - I actually use oil on my hair before I shampoo. I also don’t wash my hair every day.

  Can't get a brush through my hair without conditioner. Downsides of long hair.

  I've noticed when I've not used conditioner for several days I get the opposite issue to the greasy feeling. No conditioner will eventually make my hair feel dry like I've got a head covered in straw. :)
