My wife takes a steaming, bath salts, water jet bath EVERY night or morning as the case may be.

My "dream item" when we built our house 6 years ago was a Solid Copper soaking tub. Copper is naturally antibiotic, antiviral, and anti fungal, so perfect for people with compromised immune systems. This was just before copper prices soared so it was no more expensive than a jacuzzi tub from the megamart building store. We made our budget so I was able to get it. I installed a hand-held 'telephone' style shower set with it. I actually use it more than I use our shower. A few inches in the bottom for bit of a soak, then rinse with the hand-held means I use less water than a shower. BUT... once a week I fill that sucker up, dump in epsom salt, and soak for an hour or so. Since it's a soaking tub and nearly 6 feet long, it hits near to my shoulder when sitting, and I can almost float on my back. The Hubs gets in after the water has cooled to "reasonable" temps (the wimp). I have a genetic defect that causes me to disclose joints so the ripping hot soak is very helpful for my painful muscles and allows me to get a decent night of sleep.

Not often but I have a Kindle Oasis and the tub is a good place to hide from people.

I will do a soak once in a while to help with my hip from where I broke it (it's why I'm a disabled Navy veteran).

I love my Sunday evening bath, daily showers during the week.
