Nina want so desperately to have a child that she is blind to the fact that Valentin is a lying piece of scum who will continue to betray her every chance he gets. She deserves better after all she has been through. We all know her mother isn't dead so it will be very interesting when she is resurrected from the dead. This woman who is pulling a con on her with Valentin is going to be one very sorry person once she finds out.
