What was your experience with NOFAP rule?
After few days i felt mental pressure to quit it
Successfully did it for more than 30 days
Tried it several times. but failed every time within week.
Successfully did it for many days. If those wet dreams are not counted.
Never heard about it. But now i will try.
Why anyone would quit fapping. It feels good.
My NOFAP was going perfectly well until that happened...
