My biggest peeve about winter driving is none of the above. Mine is people who are driving too fast coming to a stop sign/red light and lock up their brakes to come to a stop. Then they accelerate too quickly when leaving a stop. This ices up the intersection for the next person, who does the same thing and so on until it is like a skating rink. The cause of too many of the winter collisions.
