Looks like Apple have killed the tread on https://discussions.apple.com about MacBook Air 2018 (A1932) Camera issue, and yes Apple it is an issue and it's time you acknowledge it! I returned my first MacBook and Monday Jan 7, got a replacement, returned the replacement on Wednesday Jan 9, got a full refund.

Note: The camera performs OKish, under the bright lights of an 'Apple Store' but not in the real world of your home, airport lounges coffee shops and places alike!

It’s shameful! They advertised something that does NOT exist! The quality of the camera is definitely not HD. They should either fix it or refund us!

I just purchased the MacBook Pro 2017 13” a few months back and I have yet to use the 720p FT cam. I’ve been using my old Logitech c615, which is far better. The quality on the built-in FT cam is probably the worst feature on the MBP and def could use an upgrade.
