a lot of cab drivers like to talk to their mommy while driving you to the casino.. Then they give you a big lecture on life....the reason I found out was because they take the long way and hope you don't notice, sort of like slight of hand... the cops should give them all super big fines since they distract you from your own thoughts and try keep your change at the end of your 12 mile ride around the perimeter, from MTS center to Mcphillip's street station..,,,

Just follow the rules and you don't have to worry about the stiffer laws.
