Are you good at recognizing stress and how do you deal with it?
I am good at it and immediately take myself out of the stressful situation and give myself a short time to "cool down" or unplug, it could be 20 minutes or hours.
I am generally good but tend to plow through things then maybe give myself time off to relax once the things are done
Not great at recognizing stress and tend to not give myself a break even though I know I need one
I do yoga or some kind of exerecise which is a great stress reliever
When stressed, I do something really nice for myself- a little retail therapy, a mani/pedi, a facial,etc.....
When stressed I go outside and enjoy nature
When stressed I tend to recoil and might stay home and just take a "time out" period
Stess? What is that? (if you check this, I am incredibly envious:) and please share your secrets lol
