I think all of these on some level but there is a pattern with youth - the kids are entrusted to volunteers in our community. teachers, yes, but also those who are in charge of activities - sports, music, other things. how these individuals carry themselves is important. How they teach and make our kids feel is important. it's not easy to do what they do, particularly as volunteers, but their influence is meaningful. we put a lot of pressure on the kids from an early age to be the best. Often without understanding the consequences of what we say and what we do.

Give others the chance to vote.
