I can't believe the city put that sign up. Now Winnipeg will forever be known as "Garbage City"!. A big Hollywood type sign there was a great idea and kudos to whoever came up with it but it should have been a "Winnipeg" sign or "Heart of the Country" or something like that. Something to be proud of. How about a referendum?

I grew up 5 minutes away from it...it's called Green hill? Garbage hill, really? A nice big sign bringing back the garbage? Only in Winnipeg?
