This should be a no-brainer.
The entire "active transportation" scam should be reconsidered and the money put toward things we actually need....like better snow removal and, in the summer, some street cleaning...once a year just doesn't cut it.
(I can't believe that 55 people think bikes should take precedence over clean walks.)
Like how many people use a bike in winter,,,just those die hard nature lovers who like frosted flakes for breakfast.....And, if I don't care whether my bike is stolen or not, why would I register it?,,,,the thief can have it, its low on grease, the wheels are crooked, the seat hurts my ass, and the tires are worn out....you thieves out there,,,,please steal my bike...!!!
