More than inconvenient, this is also an accessibility issue. Timed notifications for calendar events and reminders might be considered a nice-to-have feature for most people, but for some people with ADHD like me, they are essential and more consideration should be given to cater for people with time perception issues.

I've always wanted a Calendar Preference that allows me to choose the Snooze durations allowed. Irritates me that there isn't at least a 4 hour option. Today, I upgraded to Monterey MacOS and it got worse... now there's no longer a 2 hour or 1 day snooze option... Arrghhh - do I have to succumb to switching to Windows?

I like your idea, but I want a predefined alarm to be sent to my watch (at whatever time I set) as a heads up for calendar events. Cheers to both
