I find this modern take on skeuomorphism so ugly. The only thing I want is to have iOS 6 mode, just like dark mode. Apple really sucks with Tim. In 2012, Tim had to fire Jony, not Scott.

I miss the Skeuomorphic Design.
I still use iOS 6.x.x on my personal Devices.
I wish Apple bring back again the Skeuomorphic Design!

You can't leave the substance of a user interface up to the users imagination.
Textures are there to assist us in knowing what to do without actually knowing what to do, and to keep us entertained. We are just advanced apes after all.
Who can resist the urge to push a big friendly touchy looking toggle button that might do something interesting? I know I'd rather push that than an object that has no more depth than a blank piece of paper.
Why do artists draw on paper? Should they be leaving them blank instead? The textures of the icons in iOS 6 used to fit really well with nice textured backgrounds.
All Apple's wallpapers now are all just solid colours or gradients. What's more interesting to the eye - a gradient, or an intricate pattern?
I drive a bright yellow car (or my blue one) to work just to park among fifty black white and silver cars. The world is so dreary and depressed. This whole decade has been. Is it just a coincidence that iOS 7 came out at the start of it? I blame minimalism and flat design.

It's about time iOS had a complete overhaul and make it more powerful with more features
I'd love all my non-Apple devices to also have skeuomorphistic designs, and for Apple to instigate it is the only way it's likely to happen given past trends.

Yes
