Absolutely love the SE design...now that’s a real iPhone! Call it the iPhone SE-XI !!!!
    1) bring back the 3.5mm jack + USB-C OR simply put dual USB-C ports so we don’t get DONGLED, stupid Apple!
    2) Dual Physical Sims - for 2 business users or travelers, this would be priceless!
    3) Better battery: forget about the slimness...make it practical and useful.
    4) Waterproof with an excellent antenna as well
    5) TouchID a must...leave FaceID as secondary form of Authentication!

I would like the updated technology but in the size of the iphone 5.

How about making it thicker, increasing battery size, and eliminating the need for the camera bump.

Idk mate since the new ipad pro hav the “bend” issue
Anyway i want : 3.5 mm headphone jack, and remove the notch

I want functionality more than just a pretty phone. Don't care about color - it will be in a case. Making it thicker makes room for a larger battery and a headphone jack and maybe no need for a camera bump. Camera is important. Cell cameras backed by tricks allowed by CPU horsepower makes them competitive with some very good DSLR cameras. Most screen resolutions are fine. Size like iPhone SE, 6 or plus. I like the home button and touch-ID. I don't care about notches. Doesn't need to wrap or even extend to the edge. My fingers holding the phone obscure some of the perimeter anyway. Lightning or USBC is fine. How bout dual phone number, one for spam, one for everything else. That would be worth whatever the cost.

    It depends on the size.

I have the XS and I miss my 5/5S/SE because of the size and the edges was easier to hold. Also it would be nice if it became a big thicker to avoid the camera bump.

This is ok but first launch iPhone SE 2 at a low price of around $300-$400(20000 rupees-30000 rupees).
And after making iPhone SE 2 make iPhone XI and in XI remove the notch and make it slim not thick like iPad Pro and iPhone XI shoudnt be too expensive.

Just use USB-C, no bendgate, no stupid price! (If apple want dominate, be reasonable!)

Go back to SE/new iPad Pro style + headphone jack + USB-C + dual front facing speakers with Dolby Atmos + OLED Flat (avoid the notch) + wireless charging + 4000mAh batt + 512GB internal with expandable storage option + more RAM = win 'vintage' iPhone owners, or maybe not but better than to deal with the stagnant iPhone currently. I could be wrong.

YES, lighter wight and same edge feeling of the new iPad
Funcational phone, enough with the AR and camera obsession

I think that the new iphone 11 should be curved with stainless steel edges, but have a budget 11 be boxy like shown in the photoshop with aluminum boarders. have it not be a medium sized phone but have it be like 4.7-5” so that there is an obvious downside to buying the smaller phones but will also cause apple to get more money because these phones would be bought for elders, midgets, and kids. everyone has wanted a second redesigned screen that wasn’t given on the SE. I think it’d be a great idea

IPhone heading in the direction it needs to go

Would like to see this design, as long as it was the same physical dimensions as the current X.

The older iPhones, the current iPads, and this concept look nice but are less comfortable to hold due to their sharp edges.

I’ve had every iPhone since the iPhone 4 and I would love to see the retro design introduced to the next generation of iPhones. I think Apple is the only one who could pull it off and be successful. Time will tell what the designers have up their sleeve.

My fav design and the most comfortable grip. Sick of using my pinkie to keep the phone from slippin’

  • F - 6 years ago

It's ok, I do like the stainless steel sides on the current, makes it look more sleek and modern. I do wish they made the new iPad like the current phones, with the shiny rounded corners.

I have always liked the more industrial look with the chamfered edges of the 5,5s and SE model. I was very happy to see the iPad Pro go the same way. I find the current chassis feels cheap and looks pretty much like any other smart phone these days. As a result I have hung on to my SE with the hope that Apple will come back to the SE design and size.

    Square iphone!!

  • Ma Nema Jeff - 6 years ago

Squared design is fucking ugly, why do you think they god rid of it, also makes the phone weaker like iPad, we don’t want bendgate 2.0

  • Cr - 6 years ago

Definitely. It would make the phone much easier to hold. Plus, makes it look modern.

  • joe - 6 years ago

yes and dont forget to take out the NOTCH

  • JJ - 6 years ago

I agree with matching the iPad Pro design plus the change to USC-C from lightning.
