Mount Notre Dame girls – The MaxPreps.com No. 1 ranked girls team in Ohio continues to dominate with wins over a very tough Ryle team – ranked by MaxPreps.com as No. 1 in Kentucky and No. 18 in the nation - Jan. 10 and a victory over St. Ursula.
Roger Bacon girls – The Spartans sit atop the GCL-Coed Central division with a 4-1 conference record after beating Badin in a huge conference win Jan. 9.
Hughes boys - Hughes has won seven of its last eight thanks to great play by Paul McMillan IV and is one game back of Taft, which they will host this Friday, Jan. 18.
West Clermont boys – In their biggest win of the season, the Wolves beat Loveland in double overtime 76-74 with the help of big man Jackson Ames. Riding a five-game winning streak, West Clermont (9-3, 5-2) is tied for second in the ECC.
Williamsburg girls - Girls defeated Gamble Montessori on the road and then defeated Bethel-Tate 38-37 to improve to 7-0 in league play.
Middletown Madison boys – They are 11-1 and 6-0 in the SWBL. Recently they won the "King of the Smokies" tournament in Tennessee. They are a Division III team but have defeated larger-sized schools (two DI and one DII). Their only loss was to Edgewood by four (D1) and their top two scorers did not play due to injury.
Western Brown boys - The Broncos are 10-1 and undefeated in league. They had a big win Jan. 8 against McClain High School, who was 9-2 coming into the game.
