There should be a reff in the booth watching reviews making calls. Reffs are tearing the game apart. A calll like that should have a small conference (not about time) and they should throw the flag or tell the crowd its a no call and why.

Why does the NFL have penalties called by refs on the field in 2019? With the number of cameras at games, why not put the officials in a booth, buzz a guy on the field, and have only down-distance, timeouts on the field? All the penalties get called by the eye in the sky.
