    Hi,
    This system is not user friendly for a common man. Most of them who still illiterate and having LED TV were recharging their DTH in mobile recharge shops. Because it is easy for them to understand by inquiring the shopkeeper. But now it made more difficult job for the viewer as well as the shopkeeper. This is apart. Now even for us also no knowledge on recharging the DTH. We came to know from February 01, 2019 old tariff will be vanished and to opt for the new one. For us it took more than two hours to understand and to opt. Even though the channels we opt, it does not come. So, we still confused with free channels and pay channels with HD. And the DTH what we using is not user friendly to use for new tariff portal and understand.

    What I suggest, before giving for these kind of options. Old and new one must be there, only then it will be easy.
