If the contract request is with in means considering his age and stability, I would resign him for max 3 years. Don't fart with the offense, unless the Brown situations is not fixable, lets address and fix the defense. Hopefully this will be a prove everyone wrong Mike Tomlin year, if Mike can not handle the position then its time to hire your 4th coach.

I'm a senior citizen and I played high school football and I've watched a lot of Pro fooball. Ramone Foster definitely seems like a nice guy, but from my own observations, he's definitely over weight and for the most part can't seem to get out of his own way. He's not very good at run blocking anymore because there's a lot of pulling and trapping and he can't seem to do it anymore. As far as pass blocking goes, he OK as long as he can stay in the pass rusher's way. His better days are way behind him in my opinion.

I think they should focus on retaining people like Ramon,Ben,JuJu,Connor,Pauncey, and the likes of them and not worry about Antonio,Bell. Maybe the next few months they should really reconsider the contract of Tomlin. He hasn't been able to get the Steeler's to the Super Bowl in a long time and fans will be getting tired of the players playing good then not being able to get the big thing(Trophy).Should of kept Joey Porter and got rid of Tomlin.Just saying!!!!

Ramon's son and my grandson play soccer together and you couldn't meet a nicer and well grounded person. It would be a shame to see him leave the area. As far as his professional ability, it speaks for itself. You can see him initiating the start of the plays during the silent count and you rarely hear his name called for a penalty. Replays also shows his blocking to be all pro level. However, my vote doesn't count - ask Ben.
