We should have one intelligent city....a city where everyone needs at least 100 IQ to live in...there are so many stupid people , drunks, drug heads, lazy low life's useless parasites...they should all live together in a city just for them. Imagine the toilet never gets flushed, the garbage never gets taken out, the fridge and stove never cleaned, dry bread and baloney on the counter turning green, flies everywhere, cat hair and dog hair all over the couch....these people really need to live together for a while....it would be fun to watch..

I'm curious to see if the people that are seeking medical treatment are attending the correct hospital based on the appropriate level of care required or if they are still attending emergency rooms for non-emergent issues.
